myfuture for career practitioners

myfuture is Australia’s National Career Information Service. We support career practitioners assisting individuals to develop the skills and knowledge to effectively manage their careers.

What we do

We provide validated career assessment tools and career information that help young Australians to make career decisions, plan career pathways and manage work transitions.

Career assessment

My career profile, our career assessment tool with nine activities, helps users to assess aspects of vocational interests and motivation and suggests occupations to explore.

The activities in My career profile help individuals to develop self-awareness for decision making and planning by assessing their interests, skills, values and preferred work conditions.

Career practitioners can use My career profile in individual career counselling or in group settings, such as career education classes.
