myfuture resources for teachers, career practitioners, parents and carers

Find tools and activities in the Assist others section to help you build students’ career development awareness and support them in exploring career options, pathways and possibilities. Encourage parents and carers to check the Assist your child page for information to help them begin discussing the world of work with their child, and some useful job search resources.

My career profile – myfuture’s most popular resource

My career profile facilitates career exploration and discovery, and can be an important first step for young people planning their career. Through a series of short online activities, users can identify their skills, values and interests, and obtain a list of suggested occupations to explore.

A message from Future Tracks, a myfuture partner

Do you know students who are creative, community-focused, collaborative and curious about making an impact? High-demand jobs in early childhood education can set students up for future-proofed careers. Future Tracks supports students in early childhood education degrees with mentors, leadership development, and a paid job while they study.

Thank you for using the career resources that myfuture provides.

In 2020 we’re planning another informative Insights series, along with new feature pages on the future of work, vocational education and training (VET), and more! Encourage your students, colleagues and school community to stay up to date by signing up and ticking the checkbox to ‘receive career information from myfuture’.

We look forward to your continued support next year.
